Certain beauty trends can also affect our health.  Everyone knows that it is important to protect your skin from the environment (such as sun and pollutants); however, not too many people are aware of the fact that dental hygiene can affect our overall health. One study proved that flossing your teeth daily can add up to 6 years to your life. These are just a few simple steps towards improving your health.
