What's the Quickest Way to Lose Weight in One Week? Two Main Parts
Have you every needed to go some place important and needing to try on some clothes for the occasion and wished they could fit you better? Maybe you thought the clothes shrunk since last time you wore them? Although, funny it may seem to us, the answer most likely is that we've gained some weight. In this article I will be discussing what's the quickest way to lose weight in one week. I will be offering some tips on ways to lose weight in one week.
I will be breaking this article into two parts. I will be breaking it into a food part and next into the exercise part. Each part will offer a few tips on what's the quickest way to lose weight in one week.
First Part - Food (This will be the food you should be eating to help you lose weight in one week)
1) Limit the amount of food you eat and don't over eat on anything. You will only end up eating more on your next meal.
2) Eat only when you're hungry or only at meals.
3) Eat six smaller meals during the day and not three big meals. Try eating every two to three hours to keep your metabolism boosted.
4) Don't skip any meals.
5) Don't have any sweet snacks or desserts during the day. Snack only on healthy food like carrots and other vegetables.
6) Eat a lot of vegetables and when eating salads, don't use any salad dressing, which is high in fat content. Instead, use olive oil and some red wine vinegar. It will add a great taste to your salad! Try it! The vegetables you should be eating are, broccoli, lettuce, carrots, peppers, celery, beans and other vegetables.
7) Don't eat any carbohydrates at all.
8) Eat egg whites in omelets. Don't eat the yoke, because this is where the fat is.
9) Eat more chicken, turkey and fish.
10) Eat whole grain cereals, oatmeal.
Second Part - Exercise (This will be the exercise we should be doing to help us in lose weight in one week)
1) Exercise everyday. Do around thirty minutes to one hour of aerobic exercises each day. Also to get you going, exercise to your favorite music.
2) Use various exercise equipment like a treadmill or just start walking a lot more. Walking is good for your health.
3) Do weight training exercises, like lifting weight, sit-ups, push-ups, dips, pull-ups.
4) When working out make sure you work up a great sweat and that will allow you to get tired.
5) Try jumping rope. This is a great exercise that will give you a great aerobic workout, especially if you are away on vacation and don't have access to gym equipment.
6) Try taking up a sport or a class in Tae Bo or Tae Kwon Do.
Remember to stay motivated and keep eating healthy and exercise a bit each day. If something happens or gets postponed one day and you can't exercise, as soon as you can exercise, do so. Don't allow yourself to get into a bad habit and start making excuses to exercise! Just don't over do it, but keep doing some exercise everyday.
